Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 2 days from the date you receive your order. If 2 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

All products sold on Nesmo Global General Trading – L.L.C. – o.p.c are eligible for return or exchange within a 2-day period, provided the item is unused, new, and in the same condition as received. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

To complete your return or exchange request, proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items that show signs of use
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 2 days from the delivery date
  • Products not returned in their original packaging

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
